Continuing My Studies

I'm back - like anyone really cares ;-)

I've started doing some studying for the CDL. (Even though I don't plan on making the final decision for a while.) I've started reading the oHIo CDL handbook. Also, I was offered a free online course through All I have to do is give them some feedback when I'm done. Before you start getting worried, no I did not provide them with any financial information. Once I'm done taking the CDL course online, I will blog a review of it here. I will offer them a chance to make any comments to the blog before I post it so I can include it with the blog. I also hope that I can find a way for someone with some trucking experience to be able to take the course and advise on what they think of the content itself.

I can be pretty critical of things like this especially when it comes to the presentation and technical setup. Hopefully they are ready for what I have to say. If they are as committed to providing a quality product as I hope they are, then they will take anything I have to say constructively.

If anyone has had any experience with, please post a comment. If you have a lot to say or would rather it just be for my eyes only, feel free to e-mail. Actually, you can feel free to e-mail me about anything (except 'Breaking Mortgage News', 'Viagra-soft-tabs', 'increasing my manhood' ... you get the idea ... NO SPAM!!!!!)

As always, be safe out there and keep the rubber side down. -TTB

What do you mean no spam?? I was hoping I could reroute the stuff I get over to you!! I guess VM gets to deal with it. As far as that course is concerned, you will probably only take part of the course. In order to get the rest you will have to hand over your first born. Give it a try. Just be sure to read all the fine print before starting and that your anti-spam program is working!!

As long as its free I have no problem with it. TRUST ME..There are a lot of dim-wit drivers that pass the tests..So I don't think really you need a study course other than reading up on your CDL handbook that you get for FREE at the DMV..VM-out!

Hey all. Just a quick note to say I'm still alive. I'll be back on more often and you should get some post from me regarding trucking. Keep the rubber on the road. -TTB
